A Day

It’s saturday today and Miaomiao doesn’t need to go to the kindergarten this morning. She wakes up at about a quarter past nine and then i dress her up as usual. After breakfast, Miaomiao’s grandparents and i take Miaomiao to the East Lake Ocean Park by bus and taxi.

We arrive at the East Lake Ocean Park at about half past eleven. There are many kinds of fishes and other ocean animals in the Ocean Park. Miaomiao is glad to see multiple fishes and the big sea turtles. We also watch an interesting animal show of seals and sea lions. Miaomiao’s grandpa asks me to take photoes for him and Miaomiao sometimes on the way here.

We leave the East Lake Ocean Park at about a quarter to one o’clock in the afternoon and then go to the nearby East Lake wharf to take a steamer to Mo Mountain scenic spot. The steamer sets sail at about half past one o’clock and arrives at the Mo Mountain scenic spot at about three o’clock in the afternoon. Miaomiao doesn’t take a nap on the steamer and likes to follow other kids here to jump on the seats along the way. As Sam has to go to the company to join a meeting in the forenoon, he drives to the Mo Mountain scenic spot directly after the meeting is over in noon. We meet him at the Mo Mountain wharf and he has waited for us for about an hour here. He also brings us some fast food as we only eat some snacks and fruits on the way.

We go to the Mo Mountain scenic spot and find a space to eat our food first. Then we go to the recreation area here to play multiple facilities. Miaomiao plays many challenging facilities such as walking multiple bridges and climbing ropes with the help of her grandpa and Sam. She seems to be more interested in the challenging items than other common items such as slides and seesaw. We play in Mo Mountain scenic spot for about three hours in the afternoon and then go home in Sam’s car. Miaomiao peels and eats lotus seeds i bought from the Mo Mountain scenic spot on the way and doesn’t falls into asleep, though she looks tired.

We eat our supper in a restaurant near our home and then go home. It’s a tired but happy day. I guess Miaomiao can have a good sleep tonight.
