Goodbye, Baby Diaper

Miaomiao has worn baby diapers for more than three years. I put on her shorts for her instead of baby diaper last night. And then i find both her shorts and our bed sheet are dry this morning. She didn’t pee on bed last night. She just went to the toilet with me before sleep last night. And then she goes to pee in the toilet again this morning after she wakes up. Does this mean she can say goodbye to the baby diapers? I hope and believe she can.

So why did i try to let her wear her own shorts instead of baby diaper last night? Because she hasn’t wet her baby diapers for more than one week at night recently. During these days, she waked up in the midnight and asked me to take her to the toilet to pee sometimes, even if she weared the baby diaper. But most of the times she could sleep all night without went to pee if she had peed before sleep, just like us.

So how about the day? You may ask. Actually she started to use baby diapers since she was born and didn’t use it in the day since last summer. As she could express herself clearly at that time when she needed to go to the toilet. But she still couldn’t control her pee in the long whole night when she was sleeping at that time. That’s why she continued to wear baby diapers at night till now. We also weared baby diapers for her before she started her afternoon nap in the day sometimes. But she seldom wetted them in the afternoon. So we didn’t use baby diapers in the afternoon for her for a long time.

I’m glad for her expression last night. Say goodbye to baby diapers, then Miaomiao makes a little progress again on the way to her grow up.
