Not Cry

Miaomiao also goes out to play with her grandma after breakfast today. I open the door for them and ask her to listen to her grandma outside before they leave home. She agrees and waves goodbye to me.

I tidy up her toys and wash some of her stuffed toys in the washing machine at home. Miaomiao comes back with her grandma at nearly noon. Her grandma tells me that Miaomiao falls down twice on their way home while running on the bridge comes across, which causes some hurts on her hands and knees. I hold her to the bathroom to wash her hands and knees with clean wet towel first. There is a bit scratch on one of her hands, and two parts on her knees are bruise. So i take her to her grandparents’ bedroom and find the iodophor and swabs for her. Miaomiao sits on my legs quietly. I open the small bottle of iodophor and put a swab into it. When the cotton swab is full of iodophor, i get it out and rub the scratch and bruise on her hands and knees with it. As there are three parts on her skin need the iodophor. So i dip the swab into the iodophor sevral times and rub the scratch and bruise on her skin also sevral times. Miaomiao keeps quiet all the time and doesn’t cry at all. She only asks me the color of the iodophor after i finish dealing with her injuries. Her grandma also says that she doesn’t cry at all after falling down on the bridge. She is really a brave little girl.

Next time i think i need to tell her to run slower outside as well as at home. As it’s really easy to get hurt in short clothes in summer.
